We are a full service fabric converter providing quality mesh scrim. We use a combination of polypropylene and polyester yarns. Our products are used as a reinforcement fabric in the manufacturing of architectual designed EPS foam moldings. Finished moldings add character and unlimited architechtural designs to all structures.

WHY USE A REINFORCEMENT MESH WHEN MAKING FOAM MOLDINGS?

Reinforcement fabric adds the necessary stability to the foam reducing flex, which causes cracking.
The open weave allows for acrylic cement coatings to penetrate and attach to the molding creating a strong bond
Our leno weave and adhesive coating creates a dimensionally stable scrim
Polypropylene and polyester yarns are naturally alkali and chemically resistant
